Check in personnel have an attitude. They double charge the deposit. My room lock ran out of battery. Stay stranded in the hallway for maintenance. The maintenance guy was very polite, really appreciate him.

Poor experience. The online photos were misleading. Room was small and had poor lighting The bathroom’s door was really stiff, and it actually hurt my hand when I tried to open it. There was water pooling around toilet.

Can’t rate the hotel itself. The hotel was overbooked so they put me up at a dump across the street. Unacceptable!

I preserved a king size bed and was not told at the front desk that I was getting two doubles and got to the room and there were two double beds. They told me I would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes beyond the already 3 o’clock check in time in order to try to get a king size bed so I opted not to do that. They did compensate me with M club upgrade and a late check out which I appreciate. Strangely, in the bathroom, there’s no place to hang towels Overall, not a bad stay, but expected a little bit more from Marriott.
