The staff were great but the property definitely needs some upgrades which I noticed was mentioned in previous reviews but appreciated the fact that it was close to universal studios, rooms and facility were clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. I thought the parking was free but there was a charge of $22 per night.

It was close to attractions. Had its own parking lot. Rooms were clean and had all the admenities we needed.

Love that the parking is tucked behind. Felt safe. Staff was friendly especially the lovely cleaning team who always seemed to be going above and beyond. Hotel rooms are dated.. carpet etc but CLEAN. Water pressure, toilet, sink, ac/heat, tv all worked well.
Walking distance to Hollywood bowl or walk of fame. Electric scooters or e-bikes close. Easy to get Uber etc. Excellent freeway access. Can be in downtown Hollywood or to Burbank airport in less than 20min.
Mexican restaurant on site. Was pricey for what you get but tasty. You can’t bill the food to your room fyi- they are separate from the hotel. They open at 7am and close at 9pm
If you’re checking in early… yes you can drop your bags but there is no waiting area or bathroom.
Pool and hot tub on site with locked gate to keep those who aren’t guests out. We didn’t use but looked clean and had towels. A homeless gentleman seemed to frequent the area of the pool once it got dark but the pool closes at 9pm so was always empty and he wasn’t bothering anyone or being disruptive.
Area felt safe enough considering some of the other areas and was convenient price was fair what you get. I would stay here again :)

Very clean room. Pretty quiet. You do get a little street noise and a trash truck pick-up. Parking is very tough with very small spaces and very hard to get out of. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The little Mexican restaurant is very good and a good value. Its nice having an elevator to use.
