Eunice was very kind and helpful, as were the gentlemen who worked the following day. There was an issue with check in that was no one's fault, but my issue is that the unit itself was not super clean, the shower leaked, and there were no water bottles or anything open nearby to get snacks or basics. I ended up ordering DoorDash and it was left at the door for 30 seconds and was stolen. I heard 2 violent altercations outside my window within the short few hours I stayed. No AC.

Perfect location for someone who wants to spend their time on the beach and enjoy the restaurants and shops on the strip. Located on the north end of Venice beach and very close to Santa Monica beach/pier. The rooms are basic but clean. You are mostly paying for prime location and convenience rather than hotel amenities.

This is a very simple basic room.
It's right on beach which is amazing and right above bars and restaurants. It's not easy or convenient to park or get to but if you want to party all night and not sleep it is perfect.

After we tried to check kn they mention about 200$ additional deposits which wasn't mentioned anywhere. The room was nothing like the picture. Hated the place. You can hear noice from upstairs and rooms beside you. It might get loud as well. There's no ac in the room. It was awful. I wanted little.peace during my vacation. I GOT NONE because of this.
The only goodside was the location,that it was near venice beach. Other than that Not worth the price you pay!
