Rm 103 bathroom door impossible to open and close, our keys stopped working 4 times (while sitting on the tv stand) and staff implied we must have had them by electronics and became frustrated having to reset them. The walls are ridiculously thin so you can hear everything. The breakfast was great and all but one staff were friendly.

The hotel it self was nice and clean. But the staff is terrible! 😣 we ask for towels and of course they wanted to know how many people was in the room. I had two rooms, and of course we wanted to shower before leaving. I guess they didn’t want us to do that. No service throughout the night! Staff was just disrespectful and nonchalant about everything.

Rooms were very clean, property was in good shape. Unfortunately we had neighbors who had a domestic situation from about 3am until 8am. We called the front desk 4 times and last 2 were advising by them that it was becoming physical, asking them to call the police. They let me stay with warnings and they were still there when we finally left. I requested a later checkout as we have a 5 hour drive and no sleep, they gave us one extra hour. Appreciate the staff shouldn't have to deal with this but a few extra hours, getting them to leave or a refund for the room should have been the policy.
