We loved this hotel. Service was excellent and amazing help from concierge staff! Safe area and close to transportation. My only negative comment is about their breakfast. Very limited, poor quality options remained the same every single day. Not worth it at all.

It takes an age to get a drink in the bar. Painful at times. I had to wait over 10 mins for a beer.

The window innthe room didn't had a good sealing, so it was always cold. The shower door had a leak so there was quite a bit of water undervthe flooring. The breakfast options a very mediocre and the lineup to get omley is huge.

Great stay with the family and baby! The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Location was walking distance to many of the sights Big Ben, Buckingham, London Eye. Near playground for the kids. King room has pull out couch and enough space for the pack n play. Room has door to couch area for privacy. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is good with several options and omelet station. Starbucks is in the lobby.

You walk into the bathroom when you enter the room. The layout is poor. The lights were odd with so many to operate. We asked for a recommendation for an Italian restaurant and no one had a clue. Service is fine but no one went above and beyond here for the rates you pay.
