Perfect location for all the sights and sounds of London city. Try the roof top bar with views down to Trafalgar Square. Watch out for the drinks prices though (£35 for 2 G&Ts)..

Fantastic location and very helpful and friendly staff. Upgraded to suite and had large, clean and quiet room. Enjoyed stay very much.

I was fine with the construction since I was made aware of this during booking. I was a bit surprised with the amount of construction. The room was great and clean. I got what I expected when looking at the pictures online. I was a bit surprised with how small the one part of the rooftop bar was as compared to the pictures. The restaurant side was not nearly as appealing.

Lovely hotel that was undergoing renovation. Room was on the 1st floor but was quiet despite the ongoing renovations. Beautiful and spacious room. Service was first rate: complimentary water and soda was replenished upon request and room was always cleaned by the time we returned. Close to everything! Would stay again in the future to see the result of the renovations.

Great staff! Beautiful hotel! Rooftop restaurant is nice and convenient but not too many choices in the menu and room service. Our food was delicious. Some construction is going on but not a concern. Room Is heavily perfumed and there is no option to open a window. Centrally located. Nice hotel but small.
