Great location at reasonable price for London. Great staff and facilities were very good over all(clean, and good hot shower). Comfortable clean bed. Only slight drawback was room furniture is dated and worn.

I liked the location, early checkin and friendly staff. I disliked the lack of power outlets, no housekeeping, lack of soaps. No bar fridge.

Needs a refurb. Always waited ages for a lift. No fridge in room. Coffee has solidified!

Amazing view of Bridge , but hotel seems a bit run down.

Good location with fabulous view of Tower Bridge. Close to subway station and walkable distance to Borough Market.

Vicinity and the Lawn at the Tower hotel are enticing and very pretty, stunning views of Tower Bridge and a fabulous, well run hotel and location.

The property is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Room had issues and the TV would not stay on and phone did not work and when asked to have maintenance come and fix, they never came. Hotel is a great location, easy to get around the area and near historic sites, buses and tube. Restaurant food was just OK and mixed reviews on the staff. Some were poor and others were fantastic.
