Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe.

We had a marvelous stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! We also had the most wonderful dinner at the hotel. Many thanks to the staff who helped us during our stay.
