The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and always so helpful. Returning from a long day of sightseeing to have a cocktail in the lounge became a high point of the day for us. I appreciated the "green energy" steps that were taken, down to very small things.

This hotel is terrific!! Right across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum and down the street from Harrod's, the location is outstanding. The room was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The staff were super helpful. There were good dining options especially the high tea in the afternoon and the breakfast was a great start to each morning. The best thing was the people, everyone was very friendly and super helpful.

We came for a short city break to visit the science museum. The hotel is located very close to the tube and museums along with several restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until the moment we left. I would most definitely bring my family back for another stay!

Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy.
