I would stay here again. Staff friendly, cleanliness & upkeep of room very good. Bed comfortable and tea & coffee in room. Breakfast excellent with very good views of London

Lovely yacht. Staff were amazing and friendly. Drinks were expensive even for London. £18 for a cocktail!
Only slight issue if anything is the yacht is under London City flight path very close to the airport so naturally they fly very low to the yacht. They do stop flying around 9pm. So didn't impact our sleep but something to bear in mind if you have young children going to bed early.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice.
Yacht is located at docklands to easy to get too using the Elizabeth Line underground. We had an overall very nice stay and would stay again.

Very nice boat hotel, situated on the Thames next to the Excel, and walking distance from Customs House DLR. Lovely decor, fantastic rooms.

Let's start with the positives: great big soft bed, clean room, amazing helpful staff who were more than willing to answer my dumb question and even allowed me to securely store my belongings temporarily.
I want to especially shout out Alex the bar staff, his great conversational skills and customer service made an already great stay an amazing one.
Now to the negative, the showers are kinda rubbish, takes a bunch of effort to turn on and even more to turn off especially when your hands are wet.

A very nice hotel, lovely buffet breakfast, good public transport and plenty of choice of restaurants to choose from if eating out at in the evening. Can thoroughly recommend.
