Lovely location and lovely place.
Major issues (has been commented before) the lack of water pressure/running water for showers. Lovely fountain (s) outside (one certainly ran all day and night when I was staying). Might be better having them off and having better water pressure for showers.

Carpet is disgustingly dirty. It's a joke that the shower water will stop every 10 seconds and you need to press the button consistently lmao
Lots of noisy weird people during the stay. Big snores all night long. Some fart in bed some nobody around consistently. One indian walks in and out barefoot punching the floor like a bomb. Another old indian cough snore shout like in pain all night long. One black guy pull all curtains open at 5am and open all the windows at the coldest time of day. Not to say other noises throughout night
Lots of inconsiderate uneducated people who don't care about others or respect quiet hours here

The stay was excellent; the rooms were tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and I made some really nice friends.
The lavatory requires routine maintenance.

Slight issues with beds but all same price online. Was woken up 4.30am by someone taking the privacy curtain away from the bed causing a disturbance.

Two different buildings accommodate the visitors: a one-storey demure block, and a two-storey mansion. However, the biggest concern i had witnessed was in the restaurant: i love the huge space to accommodate the guests; i love the convenient walk to the nearby lavatory; but what I cannot stomach is the mouse infestation i managed to video.
The maximum stay is 14 days, after which rebooking is prohibited for three months. I'd love to give it another shot, but that's a long shot.
