They had a lot of staff that could help you with anything you might need. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were nice with lots of amenities. Their breakfast had a lot of choices. It was right on the River Thames. It was a short walk to Parliament which was on the other side snd just down to the London Eye. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza.

We had a problem with the main restaurant.
Music and atmosphere along with the food was fabulous. Service was tragic. I brought this to the attention of what seemed to be a manager that evening. She apologized, yet she and all staff ignored us for most of our 2 hours there. No attention for over 45 minutes is tragic. I believe I would have doubled my tab if we had service. As it was a large tab your restaurant and my wife and I were the losers that night (our one and only time in this restaurant) All our dinners and breakfasts were conducted elsewhere.
The front desk and everyone at the front were outstanding. As was housekeeping.

Excellent location on the River Thames and close to underground station. The room was spacious and pull out bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was delicious.

The Conceirge are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist are very snotty. Whilst checking in on information was provided about WiFi, directions to restaurant or bar, facilities. We were also sent on the wrong floor. We judged based on our looks rather than equality or standard procedures. Only at checkout the receptionist was helpful. I have at a lot of branded chain of hotels and resorts but never been treated so badly. Receptionist can at least smile. Attitude and ego is terrible.
