Water will not come out from shower head consistently. When it did come out, it came out in drops of water. It was terrible to have shower head condition like that and no one checked on it

There was nothing I would change with this hotel. From the moment we stepped off the train at Waterloo, it was only a 7 minute walk to the hotel door. The staff were friendly and very helpful for the whole of our stay. The room was lovely and clean and just right for our family of 4. It was right on the doorstep of the tube station, so easy to get into city centre. We would definately stay again.

Great hotel. Location is great for subway but not so much for walking.

We had a night stay at Marlin Waterloo. Ours was classic room which is quite spacious for couple and toddler. Convenient from Waterloo underground and London eye, clean, beautiful London skyline view

Very small room once the sofa bed was set up. Room not serviced after first night which was a bit of a shame.

All good except for a strong curry powder smell in the room that wouldnt go, even with the window open.
