Nice hotel, elevators didnt work most of the time or were extremely slow. the bathroom was extremely dirty with the showerhead having a lot of dirt.

Was told we could park at the front of the hotel for 20 mins whilst we took our luggage to the room. However, after only being 15 mins we received a parking ticket.
There are only 2 lifts and this was a real problem being such a big hotel. We were based on the 8th Floor and after waiting for over 20 mins to be able to get into the lift on several occasions we had no choice but to walk up and down the stairs to get to our room.

We had a great week at the Leonardo Royal Tower Hill! All staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. We loved having a good restaurant on site after long days of touring. The only negative was rather dim lighting in our room. Otherwise we loved the hotel and would recommend it.

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Huge bathroom. Convenient location. Easy and fast check in and out process. Recommended if you are interested in staying in the East end of central London.
