The breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Area was a bit sketchy so just have your wits about you.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good service. Within walking distance of The City, and located right next to an Underground station. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for only one day. There are two undergraduate stations within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located close to Times river, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, and Sky Garden. Our hotel room is a bit small but very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. We purchased the breakfast and the food was very good. My wife left her ipad in the hotel room and we found it after we landed in Singapore a day after. We used apple "find" app to locate and lock the ipad from Singapore. We then sent the hotel an email on this. The hotel staff responded to us and informed us that their staff did allocate the ipad. We are looking forward to getting it when we return to London tomorrow. Overall we are very happy of our choice of this hotel and highly recommend it.

Our 1 night stay was good. Everything was as we expected from an Ibis in the centre of London.

The rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. We had drinks and dinner at Charlie’s where the bartender, Malav, took great care of us.
Breakfast had a lot of options which was nice - at the helm of it all was Teejay at the front desk, he was extremely helpful with any of our needs as well as extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this location, and be Sure to say hi to Teejay!
