Property was clean. Reception staff was rude and not accommodating. No room service. Overall just average for the price. Cleaning staff was nice but often didn’t clean our sheets regularly.

We stayed four nights, reasonably priced.
Hôtel Riu is a new & modern hotel, conveniently situated across from Victoria station. Rooms are roomy & big, bathrooms spacious with a big shower. Staff are awesome & helpful. Jolly came out to help with our suitcases when we went to the opposite side of the hotel. Very pleasant & happy young man.
When we checked in, I specifically asked the reception staff if our assigned room was a handicapped room on the 4th floor & she said no. The sink was so low that each time we use it, we got a “backache”. I felt it was deceitful & disrespectful of the staff to assign us that room despite my request. We were told after, there are plans to replace the sinks in the future, we did not change rooms as we were leaving after another night’s stay.
On a positive note, the inclusive breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties, English style buffet, plus cold meats, salmon & many other items including pastries & breads & beverages.
My husband & I & our friends would return to stay here in our next trip. Thank you.

Lovely pleasant stay. Clean, up to date, good service breakfast was really good with a big variety and plenty of space. Tube station very near and one stop away from Oxford street. Only downside was walking across the road for breakfast & basement family rooms have no window. And price was £80 cheaper on their own website. So check that first before booking.

Property location is excellent, less than a block to Victoria station. Walking distance to Buckingham palace. Friendly staff and good breakfast

One woman at the front desk was most helpful in finding a restaurant, getting us directions and securing a cab for our flight home. Very friendly and helpful! We received a call when the cab arrived early and an inquiry about help with luggage.
Check in was efficient but required me to retrieve my suitcase to produce my passport as identification.

Accessibility to our location is horrible. Need to take multiple elevators and walk a lot to go to room. Also when exiting there is joe qsy way out. Poor layout of the building is big disadvantage. But hotel accommodated is for a early check-in,and hence have to pay this price.
