Clean and compact room. Very comfortable and spacious bed. An iron would have been handy. Breakfast was good, a reasonable choice and plenty of it. Fruit compote very syrupy but otherwise I enjoyed my meal

Zone 2 via subway to downtown. The town is an eastside shabby town with many immigrants but ultimately safe with food prices less than London. It would be worth exploring more and next to the tube is a massive mall. The walk to the hotel is about 15 minutes. The breakfast is a large buffet with typical powdered scrambled eggs but there are a number of items. It isn’t luxury but neither are their rates thus it is a good affordable property.

Everything about stay was reasonable. However Staff could do with some customer service awareness. While we were waiting for the lift to go down to breakfast 4 of the cleaning staff were all talking to each other in a different language. They didn’t acknowledge us or say good morning then 3 of them got in a lift ahead of us leaving us to wait for the next lift.

Staff were fantastic and rooms clean and well looked after. Ring and book a car park space as this is limited on site. Breakfast was busy but great choice and availability.

Great value outside of central London. Stratford is residential near the QE Olympic Park and London Aquatic Center. Bus stop minutes from the hotel takes you to Stratford underground stop, bus depot and a huge mall with shopping, dining, movie theater and casino. We needed an accessible unit, which was great with walk in shower. Hotel has two elevators. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. It is a ways from London by car, so if you are unable to walk long distances or take public transport be prepared to pay for Uber to and from central London.
