The only reason for 4 stars on staff and service is that the attendant on check in came across a little rude. I don’t understand this, they are providing a service not doing favors.

Hotel was a perfect location for my visit to the Eventim Apollo
Staff were friendly
Only issue I had was that the AirCon in the room didn’t appear to work so I had to have window open which meant it was a bit noisy but I was only staying one night and not the end of the world
I would stay there again

I liked the location of this hotel (close to underground stations and dining options) as well as the room size (comfortable for my three person family) & amenities (clean bathroom, breakfast included, hotel bar). The staff were professional and helpful.
