The breakfast service was appauling!! Not food, dirty tables. Waited for a very long time for some food and then that was inedible.

The location is great… as you can walk to o2, but the price / quality I was expecting for more to be honest … the building needs some new decoration… lifts quite old… poor breakfast as well …

The staff were extremely helpful. We were exhausted from traveling and they worked hard to let us check in a little early. Very helpful answering any questions we had.

Did not clean room daily because of a "staff shortage". Had to ask for clean towels. Had trouble with lights and USB connection did not work. Price of room changed daily.
