Fine for an overnight by the airport. Buy the breakfast voucher. It was great. Bit cheap on the water. One small can per room. Didn’t live room service. But staff is very nice

Staff was informative and helpful. We were there only for a short layover and wanted to see downtown London for a few hours, so the staff gave us some recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Quieter than other hotels around Heathrow Airport which was a plus for us. We were using it as a base for travelling into Central London. It is a 5 minute walk from Hatton Cross tube station on the Piccadilly line which goes directly to Heathrow Central (T2&3), so is useful for those flying from Heathrow Airport too.

Abigale at the front desk was exceptional - what a great welcome!! Also Xsumar (definitely spelt that wrong) waitress in the restaurant was fabulous, super! Thank you both for making two weary jetlagged travellers feel welcome, respected and valued! Great job!
