Great hotel, very clean and staff helpful. Convenient for tube just a short walk to Custom House. Would definitely stay again

Great! We went and stayed here as we had a concert in the o2.. was brilliant.
This hotel is just next door to the cable carts and they go across just outside the o2.
Great staff!

The hotel was very cozy and the lobby felt like a living room

Came here for the convention at Excel. Convenient location with good rooms and clean facilities. The Staff is polite and helpful, Soraya especially helped us wonderfully. I'd recommend and use Good Hotel again.

Super friendly and hospitable staff. Smooth check in and check out. Super convenient if visiting the O2 thanks to the cable car right next door. Room was perfectly pleasant and clean with a nice bed. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the O2. The walls are fairly thin however so if you are someone who could be easily disturbed this may not be ideal (earplugs are provided). Charging plugs are quite slow/ no USB plugs in my room.

The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I have experienced in a very long time. Check in/out was seamless and breakfast was delicious- again the nicest I’ve hotel breakfast is had for a while. We would have preferred the bar stay open past 11 for those returning from a show at the O2 - it was too late. Plus usb chargers or more sockets in the room would’ve helped too. Only little things and nothing that would stop me recommending it to anyone else.
