Very remote from the main terminals unless you use the train and you have to know what to do. It is not easily apparent. Very limited late night dining options. After a long day of delayed flights and lost baggage the indifference is the staff was just the last straw

Great hotel, well kept and convenient for terminal 5 with the Hoppa bus service. Much nicer room/stay than usual premier inn. Perfect for one night we to catch international flight

Comfy bed, quiet room, very easy access to airport & trains to other terminals. Perfect for being ready to catch a morning flight.

Seemed to be a problem at checkin. Room was in far corner of hotel. Long walk with luggage.
