Lovely spacious room, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but it’s really nice that it’s included if you have the time. Quick check in and check out too. Will definitely stay again next time we come to the o2.

Breakfast was really good, they have just refurbished the restaurant and bar area, very modern and calming surroundings

The room was lovely and the swimming pool times were accessible for our children. The staff were very helpful.

Convenient location for O2 and Excel. Also easy access to transport to main city centre.

The location is good with lovely views of the O2. It is minutes away from ExCel and The O2 and approx 25 minutes from central London.
Ideal if you want a London break but want somewhere you can relax away from the crowds.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and there was alot of choices to choose from. The hotel was near all amenities.
