loved the Atrium and the pool area the rooms themselves could use a little updating but the cleanliness of the rooms were top rate… had a lovely time for a little getawaty

The manager stepped in to check me in as the front desk was busy. I asked for a certain room and he went out of his way to accommodate me!

Water slide was not advertised that it would be closed during our stay. I would’ve gone elsewhere because of so. Kids missed out on that.

Booked a one night stay for my daughter’s birthday. She had an amazing time and we all enjoyed the pool and atrium area. The proximity to the room was great and we were easily able to jump back and forth from room to pool.

Disappointed that the water slide hours were not clearly communicated. On Sunday, it was only open in the morning - the reason we booked the extra Sunday night was to enjoy the pool and slide without the busy weekend families.

One of the biggest attractions at this hotel is the water slide. We booked this specific hotel as a small family getaway for a Sunday night. We did not know until we arrived that the slide is only open from check in Friday to check out Sunday. It was very upsetting for my children who were very excited about the slide. Otherwise the room and hotel was very clean and spacious
