We had an issue with the AC on the first room and they upgraded us to a suite plus complementary drinks

Fantastic experience, can't fault at all. The staff were amazing, location excellent and the room was clean, spacious and modern. Highly recommended.

Staff and on-site restaurant was great! Only complaint was that thermastate in room wouldnt stay on and had to reaet it multiple timwa daily.

The restaurant kitchen closes at 22:00 and the overnight menu doesn’t begin until 23:00.

We stayed at many hotels over the last 5 weeks and this was our least favourite. We found the bed was hard and the air conditioner defaulted to 23 degrees heat every night. It was hot with only a thick doona and no top sheet on the bed. We asked reception if they could organise to have a mattress topper and top sheet placed on the bed. This wasn’t done so I asked the housekeeper but she couldn’t speak English and had no idea. The toilet didn’t flush. We reported this on the first night and of course it worked when the reception guy tested it. The toilet flushed randomly over the four night stay which was pretty gross on occasions. The room was the smallest out of all the hotels and our view was of an ugly brick wall. Probably what really was concerning was the email I received from the hotel via Expedia telling me that my credit card had been declined and asking me to enter card details into a link. I emailed the hotel directly to check on the details of this request as I had paid the hotel bill in full months prior. The hotel and Expedia eventually advised the message as a scam and their messaging system had been hacked. Very concerning and no other reply and information was provided. The scammer had my full name and details of my arrival date etc. I will be reconsidering using Expedia and would not book this hotel again.

Regarding the language barrier with our housekeeping staff, we acknowledge the communication difficulty you experienced and will work on improving our staff training to better assist our guests. Most importantly, we are deeply troubled to learn about the security incident involving a fraudulent email. The safety and security of our guests’ personal information are of utmost importance to us, and we are taking this breach very seriously. We are currently reviewing our security measures with Expedia to prevent such incidents in the future.Please accept our sincerest apologies for the distress and inconvenience caused. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you and to make things right.
