High quality experience all around. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Lobby provided areas to gather or have a bit of solitude. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed that I could walk to several shopping and eating establishments and "support local."

I was unable to use reservation due to illness preventing travel; attempts at contacting establishment to inform office of my inability to use room several days prior a disappointment and as such being charged rate with no service received without so much as a room credit for future stay is theft.
Airline did a full value voucher for future travel and I would like to request the same from Marriot
. A response from management would be appreciated
