The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and easy. 10 minutes away from the airport. The price was good in comparison to other places. I would definitely stay there again.

The suite was more luxurious than other, more affordable, accommodation that we had booked in Portugal & Spain. It had all the amenities. We had a very comfortable one night stay at this hotel which was within walking distance of several restaurants.
However, reception at check-in could have been a little friendlier as we were exhausted after a long day of travel. The elevators were very small and stuffed with people and luggage most of the trips up and down (we were on the 9th floor). Also, the offer of a 12 Euro breakfast or a 31 Euro shuttle to the airport was too rich for our budget. A continental breakfast included in the price of a room would have been nice. And we were able to get a 5 Euro bus from the airport and a 18 Euro taxi ride back to the airport, so what advantage is a 31 Euro shuttle bus?

Very average for the price. Staff not overly helpful, walked right by me while I was pulling my heavy luggage up the stairs. Don’t expect much amenities wise in the room, not even a bottle of water!

Clean place. A really good option in Lisbonne. Green line of the metro at 2 min walking :)

We had problems to offload our luggage. There is no parking space at all and nobody was there to help with 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Checking in time is 3 pm and we could not get our room at 2 pm. Transport service provided by the hotel is expensive. It is better to use Uber or Bolt for a 15 minute drive to the airport. The room was ok, a bit outdated but functional.
