This was more like a 2 star hotel! Terrible bed , really uncomfortable. Bathtub difficult to get into and so slippery- dangerous! Room temperature either too hot or cold. We arrived late but they were out of food such as salad and it tasted like microwave instant food.

The hotel itself was clean, polite staff and decent continental breakfast. I would not head to the hotel until you are ready to stay there for the evening. Very limited options close by as the area is mainly industrial.

The stuff here was fabulous! Everyone was really great about giving recommendations and were all so helpful with setting up transportation while we were there!

Great room for the price. Very close to the airport but also very isolated from dining places and other activities. The hotel offers dinner option but menu is very limited. Much better choices available if you can drive around or go to downtown Lisbon.

It was a music humming all night long. The tv control batteries were old I had to go downstairs looking for some,
They turn off the ac during the day. Lacking management.
