Nice staffs very hospitable and friendly however the bathroom is not so good..other than that the facility is really great!

Location is good. Th e place is actually mainained by just 2-3 key staff. They are actually helpful but maybe overwhelemed by the quality that they have to maintain for the facility. They should maintain ready water for bath, wifi and TV access to be a modern facility.

We like the rooms but there is no wi fi or internet. The pool was poorly taken care by management and was dirty . The route to the beach was misleading and difficult to approach due to the rocks blocking the route to the water.

The Pelicans Resort management apologizes for not providing the needs of it's valued customers 100%. We strongly suggest that prior to confirming reservations, the facilities were fully disclosed to avoid confusions. Absence of wifi or internet was fully disclosed which apparently was not browsed by some customers. It is also published in the information at the Page that the property is not located right in front of the beach.

There was no signal around the place, no wifi and there are honestly so many mosquitos that may potentially carry dangerous virus. The ‘owner’ wasn’t so approachable and we had complains regarding the clogs in the bathroom that weren’t directly apprehended they were not attentive and hospitable at all. It was disappointing they even blamed us for booking online. If it wasn’t for the rest of batangas being fully booked I would not have checked in into the place. Worst resort ever.
