Great staff to get us settled into things and decent facilities only thing was very limited options for breakfast that was disappointing

I booked this last minute when my flight from Newark was rescheduled for an early departure from JFK. I was a little worried when I booked it but my room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk was helpful making sure I I allowed enough time in the morning. Scheduling my shuttle. Shuttle is on the hour. Very short distance to airport. I was worried that it would be too loud to sleep since it is on busy road but the room was quiet. Very pleased - would pick it again if flying out of JFK.

Good hotel, good location. Waited 1 hour 30minutes for hotel shuttle. Never came, phone calls unanswered at hotel, both contact numbers. Other than shuttle issue, good.
