I searched for a room with a spa and unfortunately no hot water I didn't get to have my spa bath and my morning shower was cold. The other quests were extremely noisy until late at night. The coffee machine did not work and no morning coffee biscuits. I would never stay again

We arrived late from Sydney but there were very good provisions made to obtain a key after the reception had closed.

Last night of our Tassie started off well with friendly reception, however our room, which was different to what had been advertised, had a bad smell due to defrosted and leaking fridge. Also air con not working well. Staff helped to attend to this but took a while for maintenance to look at Air con and could not fix. Concerning that there appears to be no way to use natural ventilation. Hotel appears dated and short-staffed, but close to CBD and restaurants.

Room was comfortable but I had initial problems accessing TV channels. Receptionist made efforts to help me and eventually found how to select channels without using the remote. Would have been useful to have instructions inside the room.
