Great place to stay for a night at the Theatre. Friendly, helpful staff. comfortable room.

Room given this stay was third rate to my room last stay. Was told that maybe I had an upgraded room previous stay but was not informed of this, so was expecting same sort of room as the rate paid for this current stay was the same. Room this stay had a nice view of the dining room roof and cooking chimneys, taps rattling etc.

No portering service fir bags from car to room had to do it myself also long wait fir a simple meal with room service

Rather old fashioned rooms but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is pretty good and breakfast is excellent value by modern standards. Overall a good place to stay.

Shower mixers are not upto scratch! Hot water was excessively hot and cold wouldn’t give good flow! Rest was good!

Entrance was grand and looked good.
Had to pay for parking at side of hotel.
Rooms,
No safe.
Toilet tiles needed a good clean.
The curtains had holes in them.
Room was very small
