Elphin Apartments were good option for my one night stay in Launceston. There is a KMart and Supermarket over the road so easy enough to get what you need. I had to carry my heavy bag up stairs, which was a little difficult.

There is no dryer but they showed a dryer sign in Expedia. Other guests had a terrible manner to be noisy overnight.

Property was in a good location, close to main street. There was no closable door on the main bedroom, and not enough couch space for 4 people. Otherwise for an overnight stay before out flight it was ok. Reception staff were accommodating and friendly.

Despite of the electric cut off during the night, the kitchen rubbish bin wasn’t cleaned up before we checked in.it smell terrible with the leftover rubbish.
