Old time flare, several staff members made us feel welcomed and truly appreciated us choosing their motel to stay at.

The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly. We checked in at 3 o’clock. A couple other interactions with her same. Two of the ladies I have talked to at the front desk very courteous and helpful.

The room itself was clean, but the sheets and comforters were not. We were grumpily handed another set of sheets that was also stained. We were then handed a third pile of sheets that we sorted through to find clean ones and then had to strip and remake the beds ourselves. We slept without comforters. We were told that the hotel was sold out and there were no spare comforters. Finally, on our last night of a 3-night stay we came back to our room and found our beds had been remade with clean, unstained sheets and comforters.

The upgraded room design is questionable . The choice for on pane of glass covering half the shower leaving the room exposed to mega water on the floor. Was tryong to be careful not to get water outside shower but was unsuccessful. Designer needs to be incharge of cleaning that mess up, along with repairing wood door jam after it rots.
