Front desk service was excellent and accommodating. The shower in the first room was running when I entered room and would not shut off. Gentleman working the desk, immediately changed my room and went to deal with shower in the first room right away.

Stayed on the 1st Floor. The room next to us was missing an exterior window! The entire hotel smelled like weed! Bathtub was leaking water; flat bedsheet dirty.

I was really hoping the reviews were inaccurate! Unfortunately they aren’t, upon entering my room the toilet was running and I quite literally had to take the back of and mess with it for it to stop, tissue was stuffed in the door key hole, walls visibly dirty, the lower part of the mirror was covered in what appeared to be dog slobber, the chair had something white spilled on it. I was on the first floor when I entered the window was open, no locks-not a safe area, window was also smashed in the bottom corner, floor covered in all types of debri, including stuff up to the size of a pen. I’m led to believe my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Behind the entertainment stand had only two outlets so I had to physically move the stand out to unplug the microwave and plug in the refrigerator-which smelled of spoiled food-probably why it wasn’t plugged in. Overall a horrible experience. I travel for work and stay in hotels three nights a week. I’ve stayed sketchy places but this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Outside was a little scary because the side lot didn’t have lighting.
