There was no fridge or microwave. Bathrooms look old and rundown. Outside property needs work

Apart from a great location, there is nothing good about the property. There is only empty shelf in my room design to hold microwave and refrigerator and if you pay $10!per day, the hotel management will bring either the microwave or the refrigerator, depending on your request, or both for $20 per night.
Upon my check out, I was told that a hand towel was missing and they will charge $5 from $100 deposit, but when I expressed annoyance, they did not charge.
I am from a third one country and I bet in my country even a 2 star hotel is much better than this facility which is happened to be in the best and advanced country in the world -USA

Good morning we really sorry to heard about that but our cordenzas are not for fridge or micro, and also on the webpage where you make a reservation, we do not show room with those amenities. and about the line, there is a list in case for any damages so you will know. But really appreciate your comments.

Good price for the money
No complaints other than construction going on at Circus Circus. (Noise )

Las camas parecen de piedra muy duras y las almohadas no tienen soporte de tan aguadas
