The good. Staff very friendly and plenty of food options. No problem with parking, plenty of spaces. The Jersey Boys musical was one of the best shows we have ever seen.
The bad. Paid in advance for a king bed with a strip view and received a 2 queen with a parking deck view. Went to get the room we reserved and was told it was not available but to come back in the afternoon the next day. Room seemed to be dated and smelled like cigarettes.

Room was not what we expected, grimy, the bathtub had a slow drain while showering, and no fridge included. Realized later that they include it for an extra charge. Checking in, we did the kiosk and the attendant recommended us park in the free parking area, it was not close. Later we found out from a security guard who saw us struggling to bring our stuff up to the room, that most people use the free valet and bellhop service to take things up to the room and park the car in a separate lot. I wish we were told this while checking in. The iron board and iron were dirty and smelled bad. Neighbors were loud and inconsiderate, 2 days in a row of people banging on other rooms doors next to us at 7 and 8 in the morning, waking us up. Other than that, the tables at casino were not bad with 5$ minimus which is nice. I wouldnt stay here again.

It’s a nice stay for those not willing to pay for the strip hotels. Although lots of smokers so be aware of that. The rooms are generally clean.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and incompetent at her job, instead of looking for a solution she decided to kick my parents out of the hotel with security.
