The pool was close, the pictures are more pretty than actual place. We reserved this hotel because of the pool. The pictures are pleasing. But at front desk we found out that pool is close. They gave us discount for rooms and added complementary breakfast. That was cool and we decided to stay with great deal.

Staff was friendly for the most part. A test emergency alarm went off in the morning so that wasn’t great to wake up to. Tried to call for room service and the girl at the front desk asked for my room number then just hung up without taking my order or transferring my call to the restaurant so that was weird. Besides those things, not a bad stay. Room was big, clean bathroom.

The room was great. But the maintenance around the property was very sloppy. The roof tiles were painted and all the blue paint dripped onto the floor. Whoever is doing your maintenance needs to be fired. And also management needs to be fired for allowing the property to look like that. I was there for 4 nights and our room was only serviced once. Get it together over there. This property could be really cute.
