Wasnt fun being woken up but the loud elevator clanking all night and the shower didnt have a slider so it was impossible for water to not get everywhere.

Check in time is taking too long, never staying here again

Why does the shower have half a door in the room. Therefore getting the floor wet. Other than that it’s convenient

Hotel rooms did not include coffee maker, coffee supplies, refrigerator, clock, or bottled water that we see in every hotel where we stay. The coffee was good, but price was very high. Shower did not have doors. Water sprayed or flowed out all over the bathroom floor. It was slippery and messy.

Just okay! There was a birthday and I let them know weeks before arriving and they didn’t acknowledge anything about it. So kind of disappointed!

Had disposable eyelashes on the floor soon as i walked in the door and smelled like cigarettes! Went to see if i could switch rooms and the lady said in two days, for 50 more dollars a day! Spoke with a manager he said he was going to waive 30 of that never did so and charged me more amenitie fees! Just do business!
