About your booking issue that was a head of time and we didnt see it that day that you booked and summer is coming at that time if we knew about it we could stop the booking for the family room instead of giving to others i did not recieved any booking at that time thats why i did not confirm it though email. And we are giving you my guest room instead you fit in there the whole family we find a place for your family if your not satisfied you should told me while you are there i know your wife we talk and i told her about it but then you told mme there is no water yes we dont have water and i was trying to get any water as soon as i can the whole area of bontod we dont have water not only us in the hotel and for your information its our problem we pay the water bill exactly but then suddenlly its cut off from the source not from us i was taking with the mayor it has a problem of there pump and the the pipes we not to blame abot it you know that i bought water from the masayun just for one night onlu worth 5,000 pesos for the guest to be satisfied and here when i check the guest rooms the faucet is open couase of your kids they did not turn it off when there is no water so whe i come up i heard it water pouring from the guest batroom so its useless right. turning on the lights even nobody inside the room the aircoditoin is on all the time even nobaody in the room i know that. so dont till me there is no water no lights anyway thats the reasons of the guest they are paying for it thats why they keep it on all the time but they dont know our place is the electricity is the most expensive in the whole philipines yopu should know about this. i know you leave in manila its very big diffirents rate i have a townhouse in manila i know how cheap is the electricity compre to our province even im using air condition the whole day in manila
