The Karancho has nice comfortable rooms, with balcony dining. The service is always great. The Karancho has a beach and easy access to dinning, malls, transportation. You are never very far from anything. The staff is very hospitable. They offer breakfast. You are not stuck in the room like most hotels until you decide to go out. My choice every time. Excellent.

Iwould never recommend the hotel to any non partying Philippino travellers. This place is the lical hang out with 200-300 non guests using the facilities for Karaoke parties until 5am every morning. Yiur room is les than 20 meters from the party.
The management xoukd care less about your need for aleep. They make more money by charging for thier Karaoke party huts.
Teuly if you want any sleep, do not stay here.

Nice bed and room

Shower was okay but water was cold.
Right next to Save more and mcdonald
Location was good.

The water system has been addressed. Our water utility though does not provide consistent supply and we are working on expanding our current capacity to handle demand during times of weak supply.

An ok Resort near low standard beach

Pros: Rooms are very nice and semi modern.
Cons: Upkeep
Location: Island hopping, Korean latenight food. Beaches up and down the coast. Car rentals will come to you( small fee of 200-300 peso).
Resort was average in need or repair. Very few people around but has a on duty guard. Beach is low standard with dirty looking water. Should cost less for rooms as a result of low standard. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Karancho is situated in a shallow cove which gives it smooth and calm waters, perfect for various water sports and activities. It also means that the effect of high and low tides is much more pronounced in our area. Hence, the water may not be clear during low tide. Our staff also clears the beach of dead sea grass and other sea flotsam that wash up on the shore.
