The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce.

Thank you for your review and I feel your disappointment. On behalf of 8 Newtown Boulevard, we apologized for the inconvenience it caused to you. But let us air our side also to be fair to booth. First, the unit was clean and ready for your arrival and we did the smooth check-in. We provided basic stuffs. And know that we in the hotel service business never serve a dirty unit, there is a miscommunication in this part and if you feel that its not clean in your end, you could have requested to re clean or housekeeping so we could take action right away. Maybe we don't meet your standards in such a way that you want but that doesn't mean we have dirty unit otherwise we are banned in this business long time ago if that's the case. We feel this is being exaggerated comment nonetheless all your comments are well noted and taken care of so it will not happen again in the future and it's constructive comment also for us to improve more in this business.
