THE HOTEL DIDNT HAVE MY RESERVATION! I HAD TO PURCHASE THE ROOM DIRECT AND PAHY MORE THAN I DID WITH THE RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA

In my opinion I think the beds need to change comfortable but seem old and the ambiance/theme of the property feel dated staff were good

I didn't stay! Called Expedia travel insurance and said it was dumpy, I was scared to stay there, bad area, room was super outdated. Couldn't open front door. Tried 3 times up and down stairs, had to get desk lady to open. Old old locks. Got in room and it was smelly, old, and wouldn't have taken a shower in bath.
And you were going to charge me $247!!! You did!!! I asked for money back b/c couldn't stay. I smelled marijuana on 2nd floor next to room but desk girl said she didn't. I have never smoked it so my nose is very receptive. So the 3 times I had to go upstairs to try to get in room I had to smell it. It was 8 or 9 last night April 19th and I was so very tired. Anna, the girl at desk was very kind and said I'd get my money back. I'm calling Expedia back now.
