It was a pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms for my family with kids (we have 4) and it was near alot of restaurants which made it very convenient. We drove around, so having free parking was also a plus ^_^

Since it’s a city hotel located away from the tourist spot in Cenang Beach, it’s quiet and peaceful. However, if you have kids and want to experience the street food, this place is a little distant from the beach.

Very nice hotel, clean and huge nice view. But front service abit poor, my room suppose to comes, with the mini bar. But we have to request it 2 times before they bring in just 2 can Pepsi and 2 can Sprite. That's all for the mini bar. Needless to say the fruit basket and welcome drink. Nothing at all. Lazy to ask also. But the free tea reception is really very gd and worth for the upgrade of room. If u prefer a quiet place to rest in langkawi. Kuah is still gd. Want a vibrant place to stay, have to go to Pantai Cenang
