The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub. There are four EV chargers onsite, but two of them were out of order when we visited. It wasn't possible to access the EV chargers in the university area because access is gated off. One issue was that the hotel tried to make us pay £12 per day for parking because we'd booked through Expedia and not directly with them. It didn't state this in our email booking, so they took it off our bill.

Disappointed to arrive using hotels.com to book and find out if you don’t book direct you have to pay for parking. Small print used to catch out hotels.com users which is very poor in my opinion
