We had an issue with Expedia at check in. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation so we had to call Expedia and they emailed something to the front desk. After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. Would definitely come again just probably won’t book through Expedia.

The room was ok, average. There was a convention on the bottom floor so lots of extra people parking and walking in the hotel made it feel not as secure. It was what we expected as far as a bed in a room just not very exciting. Also, construction going on and no free continental breakfast. There was a pay for breakfast but no menu to see whats available. I dont think i would go back to this particular property. The lady at the front desk and the room service hostess were both very pleasant

The area was beautiful, the hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. The only issue was that they were renovating the lobby and they didn't have any dining option after 9pm. I asked in the lobby where can we have something to eat and they couldn't tell me where.

The kids pool was closed half of the time, which was really disappointing (that was the reason we took this hotel and not a cheaper one)

A bit disappointed by the downgrade in pool facilities since our last stay years ago. Restaurant was under renovation as well. Everything else was fine.
