This property is convenient to Florida Southern College. It’s also located downtown near restaurants and shops.

Need linens for pull out bed in suite that fits
Room 510 needs maintenace toilet roll holder broken
No shampoo on arrival in shower
pay $300 a night and this should be there
Dining that starts at 6 am for people traveling 7 am wont work if you have a business mettimg at 8 and have to drive

This is one of the most beautiful historic hotels. The staff is great and the restaurant and bar. Great location downtown and free overnight parking.

Oldest hotel in Lakeland and is in very shape. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
