Sadly, the property has become transient residences for homeless individuals, many with children, a place where I witnessed three incidents of indiscretion, frequent arguments between tenants and two physical altercations that required police intervention. I just don’t think the Motel 6 corporate office knows about the situation at this location. My room was clean but the AC was broken. And although I reported it within the “required” 15 minutes after check in, they refused to move me. The housekeeping staff was kind and made efforts to ensure my comfort beyond the AC situation. This “motel” is a letdown, a major one! I will never stay at a Motel 6 property again!

Roaches all over. Very unsanitary, I have pictures if interested. Had to leave early.

The front desk person was pleasant (Jackie). The house keeper's I interacted with were pleasant. I got some decent sleep it's quiet and pet friendly.

Room was clean, staff was polite. Amenities severely lacking. Asked for an extra blanket, was told no. Asked for an extra towel, was told no. No shampoo/conditioner in room. No mini fridge in room. Was told it was an extra $10 for a fridge. At night, felt very uncomfortable with the other patrons and noise level became extreme. Actually did not even stay the 2nd night, even though was paid for in advance.
