Very friendly staff! I arrived in the morning expecting to leave my luggage and have to wait for my room, but they managed to get me in right away. It was much appreciated.

Mandatory parking fee without letting you know at check-in, no where nearby to park either so not much of a choice.

Beautiful, elegant ( European style hotel with spacious rooms, lovely courtyards, good restaurant, spa facilities, professional and obliging staff and many small amenities that add to the visit
