To noisy in early mornings.Towels should be replaced show a lot off use already.

Very noisy in the mornings .Towels shouldn’t be replaced they grey instead off white color shows heavy used.

Property was clean, staff very kind. I am english so rhey had englisg speaking staff to help us with transportation and Excursions

Very unimpressed. Not 5 star at all. Food was tasteless. Only one chair for my balcony. Pool was fine except only 6 loungers and no shaded area. Little English spoken. Nil in my mini bar fridge. Gym ok but only one bench! For coffee and tea, sanka and Lipton. Quite simply, no way is this worth the money spent. Don't waste your money. I found harbour hotel nearby for $45 instead of $200 much more satisfactory and better, friendlier customer service.
